Mobile Pizza Truck
Welcome to Old School Pizza. We are excited to bring fresh and delicious pizza to your party or event. We offer a Sourdough Neapolitan style pizza using an organic and natural grown sourdough starter. No commercial yeast is ever used in our pizza dough. Our sourdough pizza is made using imported Italian flour that is made with the highest standards. We use limited ingredients consisting of only flour, water, salt and sourdough starter. Our dough then goes through a long and slow fermentation process to develop the best flavor and health benefits, just like they did in the old school days of bread and pizza making, before the use of commercial store bought yeast and additives. Our dough is made using simple plant based ingredients. We have grown to love and appreciate the science and art behind this process along with the passion for creating and making pizza. Combine this with the freshest quality toppings and the never ending passion for creating the best pizza experience possible for pizza lovers of all ages.

EVENTS
Weddings, Parties and Private Gatherings
Hire us for your next private event. For private events we make a 14 inch pizza. Depending on the size of your party, choose from 4 or 5 of your favorite pizzas or create your own. Pizzas will be served buffet style and can be cut into 6, 8 or 12 slices. We also offer several vegan toppings, just ask. Unlike most pizza trucks, we will come out for small parties with a minimum of twenty people.
PUBLIC
EVENTS
Public events are open to the general public. For public events we offer a 12" pizza. Public events may include local breweries, food truck events or fundraisers. We will always have a variety of red, white, seasonal and vegan specialty pizzas available. Public locations and menu options will always be changing.
